Engineering excellence in every component
Custom steel fabrication, CNC machining and precision engineering for automotive, aerospace and industrial clients since 2003.
What we make
Ten representative lines from a catalogue we build to order. Every part is quoted against your drawing.
CNC Turned Shaft — EN8
Medium-carbon shafts turned to ±0.01 mm on twin-spindle lathes, induction-hardened where required.
Aluminium Housing — 6061-T6
Five-axis machined housings for pump and sensor assemblies, hard-anodised to 25 microns.
Stainless Manifold Block — 316L
Cross-drilled manifold blocks for food and pharma lines, passivated and pressure-tested to 350 bar.
Precision Ground Pin — Case Hardened
Case-hardened dowel and linkage pins ground between centres for concentricity under 5 microns.
Welded Frame Assembly
Jig-welded structural frames in mild steel, stress-relieved and powder-coated to your RAL.
Hydraulic Cylinder — 63 mm Bore
Double-acting tie-rod cylinders with honed tubes and chrome-plated rods, tested at 1.5× rated pressure.
Sheet Metal Enclosure — IP65
Laser-cut and press-braked enclosures with continuous gasket channel, certified to IP65.
Spur Gear — Module 4
Hobbed and shaved spur gears to DIN class 7, case-hardened and profile-inspected on every batch.
Helical Gearbox Housing
Cast-iron housings line-bored in one setup so bearing seats stay coaxial within 10 microns.
Timing Pulley — HTD 8M
HTD profile pulleys with taper-lock bores, dynamically balanced for high-speed drives.
A 4,000 m² facility built around inspection
Twelve CNC turning centres, six VMCs and a five-axis machine sit on one floor with the fabrication bay, so a part never leaves the building between operations. The metrology room holds a CMM, a profile projector and a surface-roughness tester, and every batch is inspected before it is packed — not sampled. We hold raw material for our regular lines, which is how a repeat order ships in ten days instead of thirty.
How we work
Four steps from your drawing to a crate on your dock.
Share requirements
Send a drawing, a STEP file or a sample. We will tell you within two working days whether we are the right shop for it.
Engineering review
Our team reviews tolerances, material and finish, flags anything that will drive cost, and returns a firm quote with a lead time.
Prototype & approval
First-article samples with a full dimensional report. Nothing goes to production until you have signed the report off.
Production & delivery
Batch production with in-process inspection, packed to your spec and dispatched with test certificates and material traceability.
Certified and audited
Audited annually. Certificates available on request with any quotation.
Four capabilities under one roof
No subcontracting between operations, which is where most schedules slip.
CNC machining
Turning to Ø320 mm and milling to 1,200 × 600 mm, including five-axis work. Tolerances held to ±0.005 mm where the drawing calls for it.
Steel fabrication
Laser cutting to 20 mm, press braking to 3 m, and MIG, TIG and spot welding by certified welders. Stress relieving in-house.
Quality testing
CMM inspection, hardness and surface-roughness testing, and hydraulic pressure testing to 350 bar. Reports issued with every batch.
Logistics & export
Export packing to ISPM-15, documentation handled in-house, and consolidated shipping to Europe and the Gulf on a fixed weekly schedule.
We moved four part numbers to Precision Steel after a supplier audit and have not had a single rejection in eighteen months. What actually changed our mind was the first-article report — it was the most thorough one we received, and it arrived two days early.
